These are our terms.

  1. Our SunnahMatch service is run by Muslims who adhere to the Sunnah, accordingly, using the resources of the SunnahMatch© service, we shall simply try to help you to find you an appropriate marriage candidate, but with no guarantees of a response or a match.
  2. Every candidate must pay the non-refundable £29.00 fee to sign up to the SunnahMatch© service. This fee must be paid before candidates receive the marriage profile form link, it is a fee for administrative services, in order for candidates to have their profile approved and entered into the database; however, even if candidates do not then submit the form for any reason, whether due to human choice, human error, technical problem, an act of nature, or anything else, we offer no refund of the fee once it has been received. In rare occasions however, we may choose to refund candidates depending on the scenario, however this discretion lies solely with SunnahMatch, and we are not obliged to offer a refund in any scenario.
  3. Our SunnahMatch service simply consists of a detailed database with candidate information - we then try to match you with spouses which are appropriate for you, however there are no guarantees of any results or responses to you at all.
  4. Our service provides no guarantees of finding a spouse within a certain time period, whether is a day, a month, or even a year; there is no guarantee that our SunnahMatch service will ever find you a spouse at all.
  5. Our SunnahMatch service does not guarantee that we will ever help you get an Shar'an Nikah (Islamic Marriage), nor a legal registered marriage or any other kind of relationship, in any country or place in the world, we are hold no responsibility for your procedures in such matters.
  6. Our SunnahMatch service does not guarantee that your relationship will last with anyone who you may find via the service, if your relationship breaks down or you divorce in any way, we will not be held liable.
  7. If a candidate decides that they want their personal profile to be removed from the database, they must email us at [email protected] with a formal request, however there is no guarantee that the profile will be removed immediately, or at all, ever.
  8. Our privacy policy offers that candidate profile details are limited to use within the SunnahMatch service group, and the candidate profile will not be shared without prior agreement by the candidate.
  9. There are no guarantees or warranties offered by SunnahMatch services. The law of England and Wales of the United Kingdom shall govern this contract.
  10. If you have agreed to these terms then signed up and paid, we owe no refund to anyone who is unhappy or unsatisfied with the form or services. The form may include some mandatory questions which you are not comfortable with filling out - you can either fill them out or wait until a later time to fill them out, however we owe no refund to anyone who has paid but is not satisfied with any part of the form, or the complete form.
  11. This is a service for those people who work and reside within the UK or can move to the UK legally, if you do not fit these categories yet still sign up, then we owe no refunds. Please check the entire terms and conditions before signing up to avoid any problems or disappointments.
